How to Delete Your Account

- Open the FreshGo app
- Go to Settings > Account
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm via OTP sent to your phone

Send an email to logomount@outlook.com with your registered phone number or email.
Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
We will process your request within 48 hours.

What Data Is Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:
- Profile information (name, phone, email, photo)
- Login sessions and device tokens
- Location data
- Preferences and notification settings
- Food alerts and favorite vendors
- Wait requests (pending and historical)
- Notification history
- Ratings you submitted
What Data Is Retained
Anonymized analytics — aggregated, non-identifiable statistics may be retained for up to 12 months for service improvement.
