Who are we?
FreshGo is a mobile application that connects customers with local food vendors. The application is developed and maintained by Fedor Erofeev, referred to as "owner", "we", or "us" below.
What information do we collect?
We collect the following types of information to provide and improve our service:
- Account Information: Phone number, email address, name, display name, date of birth, and profile photo when you register.
- Location Data: Your location to show nearby food vendors and enable vendor alerts based on your preferences.
- Vendor Information: Business name, logo, food types offered, payment methods accepted, and real-time location while operating.
- Preferences: Food type alerts, notification radius, language, theme, and notification settings.
- Device Information: FCM notification tokens, device identifiers, and platform (iOS/Android) to deliver push notifications.
- Payment Information: Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. We store only a reference to your Stripe customer ID—we do not store your credit card details.

Why do we collect this data?
We collect and process data for the following purposes:
- To provide our core service: connecting customers with nearby food vendors
- To send push notifications about vendors you're interested in
- To process subscription payments for vendors
- To improve application performance and stability
- To provide customer support
All collected data is used solely to operate and improve FreshGo. We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising purposes.
Data retention
- Account data: Retained while your account is active. You can request account deletion at any time through the app.
- Location data: Vendor locations are cached temporarily to provide real-time nearby vendor information.
- Analytics data: Performance data is retained temporarily and used only for application improvements.
Why do we need application permissions?
- Location: To show nearby vendors and send proximity-based alerts.
- Notifications: To alert you when your preferred food vendors are nearby.
- Network access: To communicate with our servers and third-party services.
- Foreground services: To maintain real-time location updates for vendors while operating.
These permissions are used exclusively to provide application functionality. If you believe any permission is unnecessary, please contact us.

You have the right to:
- Access your personal data through the app
- Update your profile and preferences
- Delete your account and associated data
- Opt out of notifications
